玉川教会では、子どもが幼い頃から、神を信じ、神を敬うことを教えていきます。それは以下の理由から重要であると考えます。
1．倫理と道徳の基礎を形作る。
神を敬うことは道徳的行動の基盤と言えます。それは、正直で思いやりのある行動を促し、他人への敬意や責任感を育む一助となります。
2．内面的な成長を促す。
子どもに神を敬うように教えることは、謙虚さや感謝の気持ちを育てる手助けとなります。これにより、子どもは自分自身を省みる力を身につけます。
3．精神的な力が養われます
神への信仰や畏敬の念は、子どもが困難な時期やストレスに対処する際の精神的な支えとなることがあります。神を敬うことで、子どもは心の安らぎを見つけます。
目に見えないけれども重要なものが多くあります。たとえば愛、感謝、誠実さですが、それらの根本である神を敬うことを教えるのは、彼らの成長と発展に重要な役割を果たすと考えているからです。ぜひ、神を賛美し、聖書から神のことばを聞き、神に心を向けて生きる礼拝の時へ、子どもと一緒においでください。

At Tamagawa Church, we teach children to believe in and honor God from an early age. We believe this is important for the following reasons
1.It is the foundation of ethics and morality.
Honoring God is the basis for moral behavior. It encourages honest and compassionate behavior and helps develop respect for others and a sense of responsibility.
2. It promotes inner growth.
Teaching children to honor God helps them develop humility and gratitude. This helps children learn to reflect on themselves.
3. Develops spiritual strength
Faith in and reverence for God can provide emotional support to help the child cope with difficult times and stress. In honoring God, the child finds peace of mind.
There are many things that are invisible but important. We believe that teaching them to honor God, the root of all these things, will play an important role in their growth and development. We invite you to bring your children to a time of worship where they can praise God, hear His Word from the Bible, and live with their hearts focused on Him.
