We need your dedication to act as a bridge for believers at home and abroad, growing together and sharing Christ’s love.
- Recruitment Type: Self-Support
You will support your own work financially and through your personal initiative. We value an independent approach and encourage creative, self-directed ministry. - Role and Responsibilities
While you are free to design your own ministry, we especially welcome those who can lead programs using English. Examples include Bible study sessions, arts and technology education, research groups in medicine and science, and NGO activities. This focus helps us deepen our exchange with other cultures and the world. - Your Role at Tamagawa Church
Depending on your theological education and experience, we will propose a flexible role for you. This may include teaching positions, participation on the staff, deacon board, or congregation groups, and contributions to our worship services. - Application Process
If you are interested, please submit your resume—including details of your theological education, work history, and any testament to your dedication—via our online application. Following this, we will arrange an online interview via Zoom. Based on your background, you may be accepted in one of the following categories:- Teaching: This role requires graduation from an evangelical seminary (an ATS member school or an equivalent standard).
- Missionary Partner: Use your specialized skills in ministries such as English conversation evangelism, art evangelism, or music evangelism.
- Church Volunteer: Contribute through various service activities within the church.
